Badger's Story

Badger has been involved in Midland’s real estate market since 1987 and at Ayre/Rhinehart Realtors since February 1991.

Badger wants to provide his customers with a unique and professional real estate experience. Keeping in mind that his goal is to not only help current clients, but to do an excellent job to earn their repeat business and referrals from all of their friends and relatives. In 2004, 70% of Badger’s transactions were from past customers and referrals. We think this speaks volumes of any business and especially of one of the top Realtors® in Midland, Badger Beall.

The excitement Badger has about real estate is only surpassed by his warm home. After an exciting day with customers and clients, Badger looks forward to heading home to his family. Pictured above are his wife Julie, son Bobby, daughter Mary, 5. Bob and Mary attend Plymouth Elementary, where Mary will begin next fall.

Badger and Julie met at Albion College in southern Michigan and have been married since 1987. Julie, a CPA, is involved with public accounting.

Badger's degree in Economics and Management, is from Albion College. His concentration was primarily in accounting and finance. Badger currently holds his GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) and CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) designations, and will soon complete his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
